When I’m selling your home my best resources are typically contractors of all types and levels. But when I’m helping you purchase a home my first introduction is a solid lender. A lender should be able to give you a true understanding on costs, payments and qualifications. Once under contract you’ll need a home inspector. And also a title attorney and insurance agent.
