I’m a real estate professional with a background in both the design and marketing space. Clients appreciate my skilled eye, a keen sense of style, and market expertise. As a full-time, proactive, aggressive agent ready to invest time and energy and serve my diverse client base, I also take pride in offering honest advice and counsel to both my buyers & sellers in an effort to establish realistic expectations.

Over the 17+ years I’ve been a Realtor in Maryland, my territory has expanded beyond the area of Baltimore City. Additional territories include Baltimore; Anne Arundel; Harford; Howard; Carroll; Cecil and even some parts of Frederick & Montgomery Counties.

In this ever-changing market with foreclosures, short sales, complex financing, and now COVID, the need for an experienced Realtor is paramount now more than ever for buyers, sellers and investors.

CHOOSE WISELY

There are roughly 40,000 licensed Realtors in the state of Maryland. Most people know of about 5-10 Realtors either personally or through a family member, friend, or co-worker. But like most industry leaders, not all Realtors are quite the same. Don't be afraid to interview a few agents so that you can choose wisely.

SELLERS

Most Sellers want to get their house ready BEFORE they have a Realtor come through to discuss listing the house. Don't! I've been able to save so many Seller Clients money by suggesting what they should fix/repair/replace vs. what they thought they should. From appliances to countertops, to HVAC to plumbing leaks...ask your Realtor first!

BUYERS

I cannot stress this enough to my Buyer Clients: listen to your Realtor when they tell you to get your financing in order first! I like to advise my Buyer Clients to be sure to tell their lender what their preferred monthly amount is and have them run those numbers backwards to find a target purchase price.
