We got Suzie's name from a friend to sell our rental home in Federal Hill. We wanted to get it listed asap. She quickly came to the house and made suggested repairs before listing. She worked fast with us to get all the items done, hired a photographer, a painter and kept us updated on the local competition. There was a little drama from the buying side, but she guarded us from it and just handled the situation. LOL She came to the closing and was able to catch a mistake on the money being returned to us, which saved us! The property closed and we are enjoying having only one mortgage!
